The sale starts with a message. The hard part is everything that comes after.

Anyone can reply on WhatsApp. What is hard is what comes behind it: that the order ends up written down somewhere, that the price is the one from today, that the sale shows up where the others show up, and that the customer earns the same points they would have at the counter. Without that, WhatsApp is a channel that sells and leaves no trace.

How it looks

The whole path, from a message to a sale.

The problem

Three things that happen when WhatsApp is just a phone.

The sale never gets written down

It closes in a chat and ends up in the head of whoever answered. At month end, what was sold there is a number somebody estimates.

The price is whatever was agreed

Passed on from memory or from an old screenshot. The day the list changes, whoever answers keeps quoting the old one.

The customer does not exist

No points, no history, and next time they explain everything again. The channel paying the least commission is the one treating them worst.

What it does

Four things, and the chat alone does none of them.

1The message arrives signed

Meta signs every message with YOUR app secret. Without a valid signature nothing is stored, and the comparison is constant-time. Which company it goes to is decided by the number it was sent to, not by a parameter anyone can pick from outside.

2It answers at any hour, with your own information

Hours, address, and whether a product is in stock, looked up against your stock on the spot. Anything with consequences goes to a person: that is written into its brief, it is not a promise.

3The order closes in your store

It sends the link. That is your catalogue and your prices, recalculated on the server at checkout. The sale lands in Sales with its channel and its customer, just like one from the counter.

4The thread is neither lost nor duplicated

Each person has one thread, and a message re-sent by Meta does not show up twice. When someone from the team steps in, they step in with the whole conversation in view.

Written from each product's public documentation. They are mature tools and this page says where they are still better. No prices here: they change on their own and the page would end up lying without anyone touching it.

Where it goes

One number, one branch, and you measure.

  1. Day 1

Connect one branch WhatsApp Business number: load the verify token and the app secret, and messages start landing in the inbox. A person is still answering.

  2. Week 1

Give the channel an agent. It answers 24/7 with your stock and sends the store link. Whatever it cannot solve it hands over, with the whole thread in view.

  3. Month 2

Turn on Loyalty over that same path. Whoever orders there earns, and the number that matters shows up: what share of that branch orders came through your own channel.

The deal

What we bring, and what someone else bills you.

FAQ · Selling on WhatsApp

The 10 questions people ask about Selling on WhatsApp

Does the agent close the order in the chat?

No. It has one tool and that is looking up stock: it cannot confirm an order or charge. It sends your store link and the order closes there, where the server recalculates the prices.

What if I would rather a person answered?

The channel only answers on its own if it has an agent assigned. Without one, messages still land in the inbox and your team answers them.

Can anyone write into my inbox?

No. Every message comes signed by Meta with your app secret, and it is verified before anything is stored. If no secret is loaded, nothing is stored: we would rather have an empty inbox than one anyone can write into.

How does it know which company a message is for?

By the number it was sent to, which travels inside the message. There is no parameter where the caller can pick a company.

Do messages get duplicated?

No. Meta re-sends if we do not answer fast, and a unique index makes the re-send the same message rather than a new one. The timestamp also comes from Meta, so a message arriving late does not scramble the thread.

Does the sale add up with the rest?

Yes, with its channel. It shows up in Sales next to the counter and the aggregator, and in Kitchen if that module is on.

Do you charge per message?

We do not. Meta charges for WhatsApp Business API conversations at its price, and Meta bills you for that. The Delorean plan charges consumption -- storage and volume -- not sales.

How many messages can the agent answer?

It depends on the plan: 30 a day on free and 400 on business. The number is on /precios and it is the one the system enforces.

Does it work for several branches?

Yes. Each channel points at its company, and the store menu is the one for each branch, with what it is out of.

What happens with what the agent does not know?

It hands it to a person and says so. A customer waiting a while for someone on the team is better than an invented answer, and that rule is written into the agent brief.

Do I need to change my number?

Not if the one you have can be connected to WhatsApp Business API. That is a process with Meta, not with us.
