Two plans. No module is sold separately.

The plan does not cut what you can do: it caps how much you use. All seventeen modules —Sales included— are in both plans, the free one too. What separates them is what grows with usage: storage, Studio creations and agent messages.

The problem

Three things that happen when you buy business software.

You cannot see the price until the meeting

The page says "request a demo". To find out what it costs you have to talk to someone, and by then you already spent two weeks.

Every module has its own price

The bill starts cheap and grows every time you turn something on. A year in, half of what you pay is for things that were sold one at a time.

AI is an extra with no number

It shows up as "contact us". And when the number arrives it is usage-based, so nobody knows what it will cost until the invoice does.

What it does

Four decisions, and why.

1Modules are not billed separately

Sales, Logistics, Loyalty, Documents, Kitchen, HR, Finance: all seventeen are in both plans. Turning modules off on someone who is already working leaves them with a broken app, and that is no way to sell the missing one.

2The sixth seat does not block, it bills

Business includes 5 seats and the next one is US$20 a month. Blocking at the sixth means losing a customer over US$20, in the exact month the company is growing.

3What is capped is consumption

Storage, Studio creations and agent messages are what costs us money and grows with your usage. That is where free and paid differ. In capabilities they do not.

4What someone else bills, they bill

WhatsApp through Meta’s API, the payment gateway and the domain are billed by the provider, at their price, without passing through our account. We do not add a markup for being in the middle.

Where it goes

You start free. You move up the day it pays off.

  1. Free — to see if it works for you

5 seats, 15 GB and 20 Studio creations a month. All seventeen modules run, Sales included. No card, no expiry date.

  2. US$149 a month — once you are operating

5 seats included and US$20 for each additional one, 200 GB and unlimited Studio creations. This is the plan of a company already billing with it every day.

  3. Custom — many brands or many countries

Negotiated: how many brands, which integrations, what volume. A buy button here would sell a price that does not exist.

The deal

What is included, and what someone else bills you.

Included in the plan

  • All 17 modules, in both plans
  • The AI agent, with its daily message allowance
  • Studio: copy, images and voice-overs, with its monthly allowance
  • The plan’s storage, with a screen that tells you how much you used
  • Updates, which ship to everyone on the same day

Billed by the provider

  • WhatsApp: billed by Meta through its official API, at their price
  • The payment gateway: their fee is theirs and goes to your account
  • Your own domain, if you want one
FAQ · Pricing

The 10 questions people ask about Pricing

Does the free plan expire?

No. It is not a 14-day trial: it is a plan. 5 seats, 15 GB and 20 Studio creations a month, no card and no end date.

Which modules am I missing on the free plan?

None. All seventeen run, Sales included. What changes on business is how much you can use: storage, Studio creations and agent messages.

What happens if I add a sixth user on business?

They get in, and that seat bills US$20 a month. No screen stops you: cutting off your work over US$20 would mean losing the customer in the month they are growing.

What counts as a seat?

Every person with access, plus invitations you sent that nobody accepted yet. Pending ones count on purpose: otherwise you could leave two hundred open and jump the limit the day they all accept at once.

What if I go over 200 GB?

It warns you before it happens and tells you how much you have used. Nothing gets deleted. If your operation needs more, that is a custom-plan conversation.

Is AI billed by usage?

No. It is included with an allowance: 20 Studio creations a month on free, unlimited on business. The agent has its own daily message allowance per plan. There is no usage invoice showing up at the end of the month.

Is WhatsApp included?

The agent is; the messages are not. Meta bills them through its official API, directly to your account and at their price. We prefer that over adding a markup and standing in the middle of an invoice that is not ours.

I run a delivery fleet. How is that billed?

Differently: a fleet pays Delorean 2% of what it bills for each DELIVERED order. A canceled or undelivered order pays nothing, and the rate is frozen on each delivery, so an old statement always gives the same number.

What if I sell a lot through the system?

For large operations there is a commission model on sales that goes down as billing goes up. It is agreed by contract, because it depends on volume and channels; the plan stays the same.

Is there an implementation fee?

There is no mandatory implementation fee. You create the account, get in and load your data. If you want us to migrate from an old system, that is quoted separately and said up front.

Can I downgrade?

Yes. The thing to check first is storage: if you have more than 15 GB loaded, that has to come down first. Nothing is deleted on its own.
