When someone resigns, they take their personal account and everything they made with it: the flyers, the copy, the voice-overs. Studio gives the team AI from the company account — Claude, GPT and Grok for writing, your pick on every brief — and everything it produces is saved in the company database, with the company permissions.
What Studio generates does not live in a separate table: a flyer is a company file and goes to Documents, inside a Studio folder. It can be commented, moved to a project folder and shared with whoever asked for it. And what you have used of the month is shown on screen: a limit that appears only when you hit it looks like the app broke.
Five people, five subscriptions, five personal accounts. The day one leaves, they take everything they made.
Prices, contracts, customer data, in accounts the company does not manage or audit.
Five subscriptions that share nothing. And the brand website, with another provider, another login.
You write the brief and it generates the image: the Tuesday 2-for-1, the promo of the month, the piece for the reel. It comes out of the same monthly allowance as copy and voice-overs, and what you have used is shown on screen.
The post, the email, the product description, the reply to a customer. You pick who writes it on every brief, and if the one you picked does not answer, it says so: it never hands you another model text under that name.
The ad copy, as audio, ready for the video or the in-store radio. Same allowance, same folder.
Every piece is a company file: with permissions, comments and the folder of the project it belongs to. It survives team turnover.
The brand website is built here and actually published, with hosting and your own domain. Not a preview: the site.
| Personal subscriptions | Delorean | |
|---|---|---|
| Whose account | Each person | The company. One access, one invoice |
| Where the output lives | In the account of whoever made it | In Documents, with the company permissions |
| When someone leaves | They take everything | They take nothing: whoever joins tomorrow uses it from day one |
| What data reaches the AI | Nobody knows | Known, because it goes through the company account |
| The cost | Five subscriptions sharing nothing | One plan, with a clear monthly allowance |
| The brand website | Another provider, another login | Inside, published on your domain |
| Sharing a piece | By email, a copy | In the project folder, the same one for everyone |
| Commenting a piece | In a separate chat | On the file, where it stays |
Written from each product's public documentation. They are mature tools and this page says where they are still better. No prices here: they change on their own and the page would end up lying without anyone touching it.
The team that produces the most pieces goes first. Their flyers and voice-overs start landing in Documents.
The brand website is built and published on your own domain. One less place with another login.
Everyone with access from the company account. The content base that grows on its own.
Copy with Claude, GPT or Grok, images and flyers from a written brief, and audio voice-overs. All three come out of one monthly allowance, shown on screen.
For copy, the one you pick on each brief: Claude, GPT or Grok. All three from the company account, no personal subscriptions. For images and voice, GPT.
To Documents, in a Studio folder, like any company file: with permissions, comments and the option to move it to the right project.
Everything stays. The work belongs to the company, not to the account of whoever asked for it.
One monthly allowance for all three tools —copy, flyers and voice-overs—: on free it is 20 a month FOR EACH PERSON, and on business 3000 a month for the whole company, which is a shared bucket: marketing can spend 500 on a campaign and the rest of the team none. Monthly and not daily on purpose: marketing works in bursts, and a daily cap cuts the campaign of whoever makes twenty pieces on a Tuesday. What you have used is on screen before you reach the limit.

No. Everything goes through the company account. One invoice, not five.
Yes, on the file, in Documents. The comment stays where the piece stays.
Whoever has permission on that folder. The permissions are the Documents ones, not new ones.
Yes. Each brand has its website and its folders, in the same system.
The same day: it is a module you switch on. The first flyer comes out on the first brief.
